Where:  Living Hope Alliance Church – on Arcola Avenue.

Till 11:00pm

Payment can be made by cash or cheques can be made out to “Jack Mac Grade 8 Farewell”.

Get ready for our Third Annual

“TALENT SHOW”

Wednesday – June 20th – 9:00 – 11:45 a.m.

Do you have a talent?  Why not share it with the students of Jack MacKenzie school?  We are looking for students from Grades 1 – 8  to be a part of our annual talent show.  If you would like to participate this year, please have a parent complete the profile below.  All forms are due back by Wednesday May 16^th.  Once all of the profiles are complete, an audition time will be arranged.  The auditions will take place during the lunch hour.    Please understand that not all students who audition will necessarily be in the show.  We are trying to create a diverse program.  Please limit your performance to around 3 minutes or so.
